    Description:

    Description:

    A high-build, modified epoxy lining with good overall chemical resistance and versatility. It is can be used as a “caulk” for application in tanks for transition areas, floors and walls, lap welds, pitted steel, bolts, etc. It is ideal for the relining or reconditioning of older tanks. It has excellent flexibility and its spray-applied capability (plural component) makes it unique over other similar products that usually require hand lay-up/trowel application. Carboguard 163 can be used as a barrier coat for concrete or steel surfaces that are exposed to moderately corrosive environments. Applications include floors, piping, storage, tanks, and process vessels in oil refineries, chemical processing, and wastewater treatment plants.

    Description:

    Description:

    Description:

    Solventless, clear, epoxy lining that can be applied using reinforced glass fibers specifically designed to comply with API RP652 for thick-film tank bottom lining repairs. API RP652 specifically recommends "long fiber" reinforcement which can be achieved using a glass mat or chopped glass. The system is suitable for exposures in water, crude oil, aromatic distillates and unblended gasolines. It can be applied by standard or plural-component airless spray equipment depending on the glass reinforcement used.

    Description:

    Carboguard 869 Non-Skid is a two component, polyamide modified, low VOC, high performance coating for demanding industrial maintenance, marine and architectural applications. It is a tough and durable satin finish perfect for use on steel, galvanized, aluminum and masonry. It has a unique non-skid filler package which requires no agitation during application. In spite of its apparent lower profile aggregate, it has improved non-slip properties over larger aggregate materials, even when wet. It has excellent chemical and abrasion resistance, particularly in marine or other corrosive environments. It is suitable for use on properly prepared concrete & steel surfaces in refineries, offshore platforms, chemical plants, food & beverage plants and pulp & paper mills.

    Description:

    Description:

    Carbotherm 551 is a unique insulative composite coating formulated in a high temperature resistant epoxy binder. Unlike acrylic-based insulative materials it has superior toughness, hardness, impact resistance, chemical resistance and permeation resistance. It is therefore more suitable for industrial applications or other physically demanding environments. It is an ideal protective heat barrier to shield personnel from hot surfaces. It also inhibits heat transfer into or out of a structure. Its insulative properties keeps structures exposed to solar radiation significantly cooler. It can be used to minimize or eliminate condensation of pipes or other operating equipment.     Description:

    An insulative coating designed to provide cryogenic protection for structural steel, vessels, piping and ductwork operating at temperatures between -40°F (-40°C) and 175°F (79°C).     Description:

    This high performance glass-flake filled coating was designed for application over steel or concrete in extreme chemical exposures. It is resistant to a wide variety of aggressive chemicals, including organic and inorganic acids, most alkalies, and many solvents. It is ideally suited for immersion service as internal steel tank linings, as well as for aggressive chemical splash, spill, and fume exposures on structural steel.     Description:

    PLASITE 4500 FS is a solvent-free, edge retentive and high performance epoxy coating designed as an internal tank lining for chemical or other commodity storage. It is a two-component system applied by plural component spray equipment, at film thicknesses of 20-60 mils (500-1500 microns) in a monolithic application. It is particularly suited for petroleum-based cargoes including crude oil; fuel oils and gasoline storage. It has extremely fast cure times for turnaround projects that require placing back in service quickly and will cure down to 20F(-7C). The product has a unique ability to be applied as a prime coat and immediately back-rolled after spraying. This is recommended to treat pitted steel, weld areas, and the like. A second coat can be applied right after the prime coat using the same product for a “two-coat” yet monolithic application.

    Description:

    Semstone 805 is a flexible epoxy polymer coating and lining providing a chemical, water and abrasion resistant barrier for steel and concrete. This versatile coating system was developed as a self-leveling, flexible chemical resistant coating and lining and can also be used as a high build coating and lining system with the addition of a third component. Semstone 805 is a 100% solids, low odor, two-component system applied either as a neat system (unfilled), a reinforced system, an aggregate-filled system or as an aggregate filled reinforced system. A bagged Part C thixotropic agent is added for high build applications. It is most often used with reinforcing fabric (#100) over expansion joints.
